Brick 2 Beam is a Washington State Certified and insured home inspection service. Our goal is to provide a detailed and complete home inspection for our clients. Our standard inspection is an evaluation of the home's visible and accesible interior and exterior stucture, systems and components. We encourage prospective buyers to follow us during the inspection, when it is safe to do so. This will allow us to answer any questions you might have, point out important items (shutoff valves, emergency switches) and to discuss important items that require mantience while familiarizing you with your new home.
